Bonus Şartları ve Koşulları

1. Genel Bilgiler

1.1. Her oyuncunun iki bakiyesi vardır: gerçek bakiye ve bonus bakiyesi. Bonus fonları bonus bakiyesine aktarılır.

1.2. Oyuncu, bonus bakiyesinde birden fazla ayrı bonus bulundurabilir. Ancak aynı anda yalnızca bir bonus aktif olabilir. Oyuncu, aktif bonuslar arasında istediği zaman geçiş yapabilir.

1.3. Bonusların kullanılabilirliği, oyuncunun profilinde görünmesine bağlıdır. Oyuncuya özel olmayan bonuslar görüntülenmez. Bonus teklifleri e-posta, SMS veya diğer iletişim kanalları aracılığıyla alınabilir.

1.4. Oyuncuya özel olmayan bonuslar (ve bunlardan elde edilen kazançlar) iptal edilebilir.

1.5. Bazı bonuslar bedava döndürme (free spin) olarak verilebilir. Bonus koşullarına bağlı olarak, bedava döndürmeler alındığı tarihten itibaren 14 gün geçerli olabilir.

2. Bonus Fonları ve Çevrim Şartları

2.1. Müşteri, oyun sırasında herhangi bir anda bonus fonları kazanabilir. Her bonusa özel ek koşullar geçerli olabileceğinden bonus şartlarını dikkatlice incelemek önemlidir.

2.2. Bonus kazançları ve bonusun kendisi, çevrim şartları tamamlandıktan sonra çekilebilir hale gelir.

2.3. Çevrim şartları yerine getirildiğinde, müşteri istediği zaman para çekme talebinde bulunabilir.

3. Aktif Bonusa Sahipken Bahis ve Para Çekme

3.1. Çevrim tamamlanmadan para çekme yapılırsa, müşteri bonus fonlarını ve bonusun kendisini kaybeder.

3.2. Öncelikli olarak gerçek bakiye kullanılır. Gerçek bakiyedeki tutar sıfırlandığında oyuncu bonus parasıyla oynamaya başlar.

3.3. Gerçek bakiye yetersiz olduğunda, eksik tutar bonus bakiyesinden düşülür.

3.4. Bu tür bahislerden elde edilen kazançlar bonus bakiyesine aktarılır ve çevrim tutarına dahil edilmez.

3.5. Turnuvalardan, promosyon faaliyetlerinden, iş ortağı ağlardan veya diğer üçüncü taraf kaynaklardan (“ağlar”) elde edilen fonlar ve kazançlar Kullanıcının bonus bakiyesine aktarılır ve yatırılan tutarın x2 (iki katı) çevrim şartına tabidir. Bu tür fonlar ve kazançlar, çevrim şartı bu Şartlara uygun olarak tamamen yerine getirilene kadar çekilemez.

4. Bonus Çevrim Koşulları

4.1. Bonus çevrimi, müşterinin bonus fonlarını çekilebilir hale getirmesi için belirli sayıda bahis yapması anlamına gelir. Her bonusun çevrim gereksinimi ilgili bonus şartlarında belirtilir.

4.2. Çevrim şartı genellikle bonus miktarına veya bonus + yatırım toplamına uygulanan bir çarpan olarak belirtilir.

5. Bonus Kötüye Kullanımı

5.1. Şirket, müşterinin bahis geçmişi ve hesap hareketlerini inceleyebilir. Eğer müşteri sistemi kötüye kullanmışsa, şirket aşağıdaki adımları atabilir:

Tüm bonusları ve bunlardan elde edilen kazançları iptal etmek,
Müşteri hesabını askıya almak veya kalıcı olarak kapatmak,
Kimlik doğrulaması amacıyla geçerli bir telefon numarası talep etmek.

5.2. Şirket, müşteriyle iletişime geçemezse bonuslar iptal edilebilir ve hesap bloke edilebilir.

6. Bonus Para Çekme Limitleri

6.1. Her bonus için maksimum çekim limiti bonus açıklamasında belirtilir. Aksi belirtilmediği takdirde maksimum çekim x5’tir.

Örnekler:

1.000TL yatırımla alınan %200 bonus, 2.000TL bonus kazandırır.
2.000TL bonus için maksimum çekim: 2.000TL × 5 = 10.000TL.
Bonus bedava döndürmeler içeriyorsa, maksimum çekim kazanılan miktarın x5’idir. Örneğin, döndürmelerden elde edilen kazanç 500TL ise, maksimum çekim 2500TL olur.

7. Farklı Bonuslar İçin Çevrim Şartları

7.1. Her bonus türü için farklı çevrim gereksinimleri geçerlidir. Promosyon türüne bağlı olarak çevrim çarpanı x2 ile x50 arasında olabilir. Tüm şartlar bonus açıklamasında belirtilir.

7.4. Maksimum bahis limiti, ana tur ve ek turlar (örneğin yeniden döndürme veya kazancı katlama oyunları) dahil olmak üzere tüm turu kapsar.
